Alright I know it's been a while alright quite a while.  I am supposed to be studying for a test that I have in 15 minutes but oh well.  Life has been crazy I still don't have my computer working so I only get to use the computer on rare occasions.

The Fish water story is that I come back from class and decided to feed my two goldfish so I lifted the class top on the tank and thinking it was larger than the tank, since it rests on top, set it slightly ascew on the top.  I accidentally bumped it when feeding the fish pushing it into my tank.  Luckily for me, slight sarcasm here, it fit perfectly in the tank and started to sink to th bottom level with my desk inevitable going to flatten my fish on the bottom of the tank.  Well you can picture the rest of the story, I panic reach my arm, yes full arm, into the tank displacing large amouts of water all over my computer and manage to get my fingers around the glass just before it my fish are fosilized into the gravel.  Well my computer was not to happy witht this and the screen began to make one of the most intereting color displays I have ever seen.   It is ok but I am unalbe to hook it up to the internet at school so it is practically useless to me.  But that is something I haven't had timeto fix yet.

Well what else is new I live in the art building with multiple art projects due every day and litterally every minute I am not there or in class I am at the Dining commons where I work practically a full time job as a catering manager.  Life has not allowed much time for me to sleep.  A few exciting points though I am now sponsering a beautiful three year old girl from Thailand, please pray for her.  I am in the process of pulling together enough work to set up a small exhibit next summer at an art festival in my town where I can hopefully sell some work and I can now be found on the internet as I have been dabling in some small time modeling, check it out at Felixandagatha.com.  I have been jogging almost everyday and think of Candace often as I do, miss you hun and other than that I occasionaly eat and sleep. Well I have to go fail a test now so hello and goodbye to all I miss everyone from Ausrtalia dearly.  You will all always be in my heart.

Sorry I haven't posted in so long especially to my Candi I know you wanted to hear about my trip to Alaska. I have very little excuse but for the last few weeks my computer has been out of commision due to a small fish tank disaster. I am at school and am still not hooked up to the internet so am forced to survive off other's computers. At the moment I am in class so I should be short. But I love you all and will post as soon as I get my computer working again.

Oh happy day my digital camera has been fixed and returned to me life was difficult without such a now vital part of my person.  Hopefully new pictures will be appearing shortly on these pages.

In other news temperatures reached 103 with a heat index of 115 degrees in Chicago, for those of us whose parents won't turn on the airconditioning things got pretty ugly.  So Nate and I sat in Wendy's talking and taking advantage of free refills.  Praise the Lord for Amerian fast food chains.

Finally I will be departing shortly (4 days) for Alaska to enjoy a week of sea kayaking, clam diging, bear watching and all other tourist traps Alaska has to offer.  Pray for my bodies ability to produce heat due to the approximate 7 months of temperate weather I have enjoyed.

I love you all and hope you are doing well

For those of you who expressed concern I am still alive. It has been quite some time since I have posted so my disclaimer is this may be long and dull as I will here forth lay before you the details of my current boring existence.

Almost immediately after arriving in America my digital camera decide it was done and began to slowly die so I have mailed it in to the fine people of canon who are supposed to fix it, I can only but hope.  So there won’t be any pictures for a while which is my favorite part of xanga.  On July fourth my mother was hosting a wedding shower for my cousin so up until that point my life was consumed with the ever-present paint fumes and blisters from scrubbing everything thinkable a little too much.  But despite the fact that several projects were started we managed to pull the house together in time.  It did however drain me of most of my energy so for the next couple days I didn’t move much.

Nate and I went downtown to watch the fireworks on the lake front on the 3rd  I would have thought that with the amount of police present the smell of weed would not have been nearly as strong as it was.  There were so many people there that they closed down the streets for several blocks and I still got stuck in a people traffic jam in the middle of a pretty major road (I tried to take a picture but of course my camera did not work)  but despite that the fireworks were beautiful and quite romantic.  On the fourth we took both our little sisters too see the fireworks in my home town and then got ice cream yum it was a good couple of days.

I have been rehired at American Eagle but as of the moment I have practically no hours so that is almost pointless.  Other than that I have spent a lot of time relaxing and trying to burn off my beautiful Fijian tummy.  Classes start the 30th of July for me so I will probably be back at Taylor on the 28th this time Nate will be with me so I am officially no longer in a long distance relationship, which makes me very happy.
